Premium Off-Campus Student Accommodation
Templar Residence provides premium accommodation for up to 350 students in a modern, seven-storey residence, ideally located in the heart of Kimberley CBD. The building and management thereof are designed to support both academic success and student wellbeing. Our residence offers a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where students can live, learn, study, socialise and succeed!
Templar offers twin (standard) and single (superior) bedrooms. Residents enjoy a range of thoughtfully designed communal facilities, including a study room, gym, laundry facilities, spacious TV lounge, games room, braai area, and shared social spaces that encourage a balanced student lifestyle and a strong sense of community.
Our central location places students within easy walking distance of Sol Plaatje University (SPU), thus providing convenient access to campus and surrounding amenities.
We proudly accommodate NSFAS-funded students, while also welcoming privately funded students and those supported by other bursaries.
